A Medical Problem

I used to be vegetarian but unfortunately due to medical problems, I cannot. I first went veg when I was in school, and threw up often. I chose to go veg after seeing videos. My parents discouraged me and so did my friends. Having never been a meat fan it was really easy to quit. But after my parents realised it wasn't a phase they forced me to eat meat. Last year I decided to try again. Two weeks into it I went to the doctor. I had severe anaemia. It was causing a heart murmur and palpatations. But still I wanted to be vegetarian, eating soya and vegetable proteins, and lots of spinach for iron, as well as taking strong iron supplements. But alas, anaemia never went away. Now I'm back on meat, although I keep it minimal, and taking supplements still, but the anaemia hasn't cleared. If anyone knows of a vegetarian way to keep anaemia at bay please let me know! I do not enjoy eating meat at all!
