Tofu/ Soy Meat

Soy meat works great in spaghetti, tacos, hamburger helper, Irish stew, etc. If you take the firm tofu and mash it with a fork it forms a ground meat-like consistency and people use that in place of ground meat. But I think it's a little mushy. I do like fake ground beef, I think it's the fake meat that has the closest consistency and taste to real meat.
