In need of some lunch recipes for school

I'm new to vegetarian world and don't know of a lot of recipes. I find it challanging to pack my lunch in when I want to pack. My school offers a lot of things, but only some don't have meat at all and when I order a salad with just lettuce, no chichen, turkey, ext. the lunch ladies stare at me in disbelief. I just smile and walk away. Anyways, does anyone know of a quick recipe or more than one recipe that would be good to take to school and not get sick of, like I am going to be sick of peanut butter and jelly sandwiches soon. Thanks

Actually, I need Vegan recipes. Silly me, I forgot I am vegan. No wonder I forgot because it is 12:30 in the morning.

I am finding this a challenge as well, making lunches for work. It's easy to take along some fruit and raw veggies, but getting some yummy protein is a bit of a challenge. Lately I've been trying to take some raw almonds in my lunch, and one of those dessert tofu snacks (sort of like pudding). I made a delicious avocado and lettuce sandwich the other day, but it was a bit soggy by lunch time. I'm thinking of trying a different kind of nut butter for sandwiches too, but I haven't bought any yet. I did take a yummy veggie lasangna to work last week, from Yves Veggie Cuisine, but it has cheese in it. I would love some other suggestions!
