Vegan Chocolate in Canada?

Hi guys, I was looking up whether or not cocoa butter is vegan to determine if my lactose intolerant boyfriend can eat chocolate chips, when I stumbled upon a neat site that sells vegan chocolates. They happened to have their Valentine's stuff up already, so I decided to order up a 2 lb heart container of chocolate for my boy--till I saw that with shipping, it would come to $45 !! So does anyone know a cheaper, preferably Canadian alternative?

These ingredients are dairy-free right?
Chocolate liquor, sugar (non-bone char processed), cocoa butter, soy lecithin, vanillin, natural flavors (raspberry, mint extract, pineapple, vanilla), hazelnuts.

Those ingredients look dairy free to me. Several of the Green and Blacks range are vegan and Booja Booja do lovely vegan truffles. I know that a Canadian friend has been able to get these in the past but I don't know whether they are widely available.
