Look in the "Vegetarian Recipies" thread. It has some tofu racipies and likes to more sites full of recipies.

Try the cookbook "This Can't Be Tofu: 75 Recipes......". It has some really good recipes. They sell it on Amazon.

I don't cook tofu much, but I usually just stir-fry it with veggies and add soy sauce/vegetarian oyster sauce to it. Along with some spices. =)[/FONT]
