| Re: Expectant cage builder I read this forum wiht great interest last night thinking finally cubes were easily accessible to me but on ringing around the 5 poundstretchers near me I found out that they no longer stock the cubes and are not planning on getting them again. Next stop is QD at the weekend and after that the now inflated prices at homebase. Shelley |

| Re: yeah darn... Homebase sells cubes in Portsmouth, Hampshire, for £9.99 (buys 13 grids) - these are sold in sets made as bathroom shelving units. Ring your nearest Homebase and check availablilty first. I found coroplast (also called corex) at a place in Southampton called Formerton Sheet Sales in Lower William Street (I think that was the address - a search on the net should find it). Only about £7.50 for an 8ftx4ft sheet. Very friendly people there, and they cut it down for me to fit in my car (though I had to take care not to get it cut too small to then make the box). Hope this helps. |
