Ok so I found some old towels in the arring cupboard, so now there cage had a big towel covering the cage. Iv taken out the corex, so basically its just grids and a towel in the middle. Will that be ok? |

Yes, that's the one, also ProFleece Pet Products. DOG CAGES UK, Profleece Veterinary Bedding Rolls. Dog Cage Online Factory Shop To be honest if it was me, I would keep the correx if you still have it with newspaper and hay until you can get the fleece sorted - lino is also good, you may be able to get some cheap offcuts from your local carpet shop. If they are on the floor you will need the lip from the correx to prevent drafts giving them respiratory infections in the future (or cold feet!) |

Although there are a lot of chain stores that sell fleece I find it cheaper in small shops or stalls. Many market stalls have a fabric stall, and most sell a variety of types/ colours of fleece. Alternatively, if you have an area near you with a high Asian / Indian population try checking out their local shops. Living in Beds I usually buy fabric from Bury Park in Luton - loads of fabric shops and great prices. |

So at the moment Iv got 2 towels covering there cage and some newspaper underneath. I spot clean it everyday but if they poop loads i just pick them up whenever. Sometime in the next week ill be ordering some fleece, so then Ill put fleece in the cage, then towels underneath the fleece and then newspaper underneath the towels. |

I agree with everyone above. Wilko, Argos and Ikea are good places to check. However, not all local Wilko's stock fleece (mine doesn't). Here's a link to some fleece at Argos (£12.99 - buy one get one free): Buy Satin Edge Fleece Throw - Chocolate. at Argos.co.uk - Your Online Shop for . However, I just bought a large cream fleece for £3.95 from Poundstretcher. My cage is 2 x 4 with 6 inch correx up the sides, and the fleece goes right up the edges so I can tuck it. Perfect and cheap! Store locator here: ...instore - SHOP SMART, LIVE WELL. |
