Does Instore UK sell Cubes?

Oh, right. Thanks for the information, I was wondering why I couldn't find them at b and q! On Instore's website, it just shows product ranges-not the products they sell.

its great they love it, its so cheap and all o naturael, then i asked about cubes in uk and told them that there is no way i can get cubes anywhere, and then this lady emailed me and said she is selling them. i said to her does she mind me passing on her details to anyonew and she was happy for me to do that.
as i say i havent got them yet but when i do ill let you all know what they are like, hopfully ill get home from work and they will be there, then monday ill let you know what they ar like, (i dont have internet at home yet i have just moved to a new flat).

Its so annoying how places sell cubes then stop selling them. Last time I found some I bought extra to make sure I didn't run out again each time I make the cage bigger.

Well what can i say, i am shocked with these cubes, at first i was a little peed off about having mesh and not cubes, but at this stage i needed anything i could get, my cubes arrived and they were mesh, then yest i thought,.....................hang on a minute, i ordered two packs, each pack contained 18 cubes, so correct me if im wrong i was expecting 32 cubes, we put the cage up bill and ted running around,, great, then last weekend i counted and realised i only had 18 cubes. so i have been emailing and well its a total nightmare, i have paid £64 for 32 cubes, (which i thought was expensive, but just did it cos i cant find cubes) then i only get half !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! when asking her when ill receive my others she replied to say she will find out who packed them. !!! who packed them, if i bought them from you why are you not sending them, then this morning i receive an emailing saying, she is going to contact the company !!!! OH MY GOD !!!!!
1 - why is it so hard to get cubes in the uk
2 - my god how much i have been taken for a ride,
well 3 4 5 i can go on.

sorry for all the gabble but i thought id warn you all never ever order them from here.

OH MY GOD i am going to scream,............. you guys are so so right, this pets for us are ?:@~}{_+~@{.
as you all know i ordered 2 packs and only got one, so i have been mailing and she wont send me the other one, or give me my money back,
can you help me as i need to report her, do they definatley get them from screw fix ? listening to you guys i have paid way more over the odds for these cubes,
she wants to collect the one pack and then send me 2 packs next week, so where am i ment to put my pigs in the mean time ??? she is driving me insain

This woman is TERRIBLE! How dare she treat you like this. If it were me I would; look at your invoice and see what the details are. Phone her and tell her that you have paid for two packs and you WANT two packs. Why should you pay all that postage to send them back, and also why should you have to make your piggies homeless! Contact Screwfix too and tell them what she has done! Others have stated they are from screwfix and they are on the invoice sent. Secondly we need to ask all the sites that list her as a resource to take the info down. We should also maybe write to Ly&Pigs and see if we can post a warning about her in the UK section. If it's made as a sticky it should be there for everyone to see.

I'm so sorry I didn't post sooner. Do you have a receipt? how did you pay her? Maybe there is a place you can report her like the FSA (I think their like an ombusman or something) good luck and let us know how it goes.

PS: I'm pretty sure form reading other threads that they are Screwfix cubes. The sad thing is that they are only £22 plus P&P so they should have only cost you £50 at most! Stand your ground

I know its realy really bad, the worst thing was though i am partley to blame, i was so excited when i received an email from this lady to say she sells them, she told me to transfer the money to her account and then she will send them to me, so stupidley i did this, i have no receipt nothing, my boyfriend is going to phone screwfix tonight, even when i emailed her and said if you dont mind do you have a contact number as emailing all this time is a little time and i am at work, and she emailed back no !!
how rude, i am out of money for 64gbp, part of me wants to send them back and get a full refund, but them my piggies will have to go back in the pet shop cage untill i find cubes, and i think this may be bad for them,

Get your money back from her if you can? I'm gonna contact Treens pages and all the place that list her as a resource. I very nearly ordered from her and luckily she didn't reply for 4 weeks so I didn't trust her anyway. Plus I saw the warning on the other thread. I'm gonna email Ly&Pigs and see if we can get that sticky warning. As if it isn't hard emough for us in the UK to get cubes without all this!

are thats brilliant, i might email her the link to this thread (once i get my money back). so she can see for her self how bad she is rated !! thats how annoyed i am.

if anyone knows anywhere they can get them, or if anyone sees them, please please let me know. these mesh things are good but cubes would be better, im going to try that robert may website, what are they called though, as some call them grid, panals, cubes, etc etc
