Nutrition Chat on Sunday?

I am completly rubbish with these time zone things so does anyone know what time the chat will start in the UK?

EDIT: SDon't worry, I just saw the thread in the Cavy Chats Forum that says there will bwe another for people in the UK

I-love-nev - the chat is from midnight to 1.30 am our time, Ly will let us know when she can manage a UK chat that is more sociable for us (and still do-able for her!)

How do Monday or Tuesday evenings look for you guys? It would be afternoon my time but evening say around 8'ish p.m. England time (2 pm my time). I don't know if Scotland or any of the other countries nearby are on the same time zone, will have to look at the world clock again.

The whole of the Uk is the same time zone, but we're on BST (British Summer Time) which means we're an hour ahead of GMT just now.

I'm on holiday 25th August - 1st September, but other than that I'm around in the evenings every day.
