Help! Please Hi, I've checked B&Q, i've checked homebase, i've checked poundstretcher, i've checked focus, i've checked index and argos, i unfortunatly don't have membership for costco and as i'm a student i can't get it.. i've tried makro, i've checked staples.. and now i'm pulling my hair out. My g.p is expecting babies in next couple of weeks so really need to have something to seperate her off from myother and enough space for them all when they are old enough. These c&c cages look absoloutley amazing but i just can't find any cubes anywhere!! Please please help. Claire x

Re: Help! Please Hello, Not sure where you live but I am in UK. If you go onto Http://www.ebay.co.uk and type in cubes storage you will see a chap is selling them on there for £5 for 24 which is really good value an dshipping is only £6.00 not sure if this helps anyone. I havent received them yet but when I do i will let you know. I had heard a rumour that you could get them from poundstretcher but I rang their head office and they say they can no longer get them from the supplier. The only success I did have was Kleeneeze but they are £19.99 for 12 which giventhe size of the cage i want to build is too expensive. I am so pleased to have found them. Suzann

Re: Help! Please Not as good value as suzannbc's tip, but if you're in East Anglia, QD stores sell them http://www.qdstores.co.uk/index.asp. Also, Robert May sell them http://www.robertmay.co.uk/cubes_systems.html (item number mgp100, £20 for 12 and £7.50 shipping so not the cheapest and I'd check the dimensions as these may be a little smaller that regular cubes). Also some kitchen shops sell flat cooling racks which can be put together with cable ties and do just a good a job, so that's worth considering if you don't get anywhere. Good luck.

Re: Help! Please I tried several places, including Poundstretcher, but even the one in Hounslow who reportedly had them, said they'd never heard of them. The only place I could find them was in the Robert May catalogue. They call them a "Wire Mini Grid Panel System". They cost a bomb (£22 for 17 panels inc 20 connectors, extra connectors 30p each + £8 p&p + VAT = £35.25 total). They are the standard size and they do work - I made my C&C 2x4 from them. I couldn't find them on ebay when I searched - oh well, at least my piggies are happy even if my wallet isn't. Last edited by MilesWaterson : 10-21-04 at 12:50 pm.
