Question Ate a piece of Andes Candy Peppermint Crunch

Wasn't sure where to post this or what prefix to use....

A friend dropped a piece of Andes Candy Peppermint Crunch in Charlie's cage.
    And Charlie ate it.
We are not sure how large the piece was exactly. I'm thinking not large since my friend did not notice it missing from the piece he ate.
    Here are the ingredients:
    Ingredients

Sugar, Partially Hydrogenated Vegetable Oils (Palm Kernel, Cottonseed, Soybean), Nonfat Milk, Milk Protein Concentrate, Lactose, Flaked Corn, Yellow Corn Flour, Colors Added (Red 40 Lake, Yellow 5 Lake, Blue 1 Lake), Peppermint Oil, Corn Starch, Soy Lecithin (an Emulsifier), Corn Syrup Solids.

Anything I should be on the look out for? He seems ok now but he just gobbled it up less than 15 minutes ago.
    Thansk in advance

Are you sure it fell in there?

    Pretty sure.
Charlie's smelled like peppermint and was munching on something.
The candies are small. a little larger than a regular andes candy.
But it is small enough that I piece could be missing and a person not notice it gone.

Lactose related items are not recommended for the consumption of guinea pigs. If you don't recognize any significant behavioral differences in Charlie (him not eating, acting strangely, not letting you hold him, ext.) you should contact an exotic pet specialist (AKA Exotic Pet Vet.)
Since your piggy is acting normal, I would not fret, after all, you don't have significant proof he ate it. Just be on the look-out for suspicious behavior.

    Thanks,
    Julia

There are small animal treats that are worse than that. I would just keep an eye on him and make sure he's pooping okay.
