    Guinea Pig Years?

I'm not sure if there's a thread on this or not but do guinea pigs have anything like dog years? Like, for every 1 human year it's 7 dog years.

    Re: Guinea Pig Years?

I haven't ever heard specifically 1 guinea pig year is 7 human years or something like that, but if you figure a guinea pig lives anywhere between 5-7 years on average, and humans live 70-80 years on average, that would mean 1 guinea pig year is between 10 to 14 human years.

I think so because piggies can get pregnant really early and go through puberty really early and are like fully grown adults by the time they're one. I don't know how many piggy years is one human year though.

That would be an interesting study though.
