RIP Elenora

This afternoon Elenora passed. It was sudden, she was fine this morning begging for food like usual and was her normal weight. Then this afternoon I walked passed the cage and she was gone. She was just over one year old, her birthday was the 16th of September.

Her cage mates Nahla and Tamara seem to be taking the loss well so far.

Thanks everyone, I am still a little shocked over the suddenness of it. She had a wonderful life however short it ended up being, she always seemed very happy. I will always cherish my memories of her as she really was a wonderful guinea pig.

She never made a fuss when I groomed her, she was very cuddly and quiet. She got along really well with her cage mates and both she and Tamara really helped Nahla come out of her shell as Nahla was terrified of everything. Her favourite vegetable was fennel but she was never a fussy eater. Elenora will be forever missed.

Oh, @Soecara, I'm so sorry that you lost little Elenora at such a young age. I'm sure she had the best life a little pig could have. Elenora is a beautiful name, by the way. Beautiful name for a beautiful piggy.
