Paragraph Breaks NOT Working

I was just wondering why the paragraph breaks are not working. If you hit "enter" to seperate paragraphs, it shows you multiple seperated paragraphs on the preview screen, but when you post it, that changes. There is jsut one big, jumbled mess. Does anyone know why that is happeing?

Oh good I thought it was just me! haha  It's the same with the blog.  Also yesterday(I think) when I was trying to get on to the site it said it did not exist(gasp).
