Unable to post to certain person

I was browsing through the galleries when I saw a cute little piggy with an innocent look and I wanted to post a comment but I couldn't! I couldn't even
rate! I can't post or rate any pictures that rabbitsandcavyluv posted.

Some people have the rate and commet option turned off. When you go to post a piture, there is an option on the bottom of the screen that leets you check off what you want people to do.

At least she probably used that.
