I'm sorry to hear that. She should be fine. I wouldn't worry about anything unless she begins to bleed. Taking her to the vet is only going to stress her a lot. I don't think it's a good idea for you to take her anymore than once. It's way to stressful for them. You can keep the other female with her because they make good aunts for the baby piggies. She may also help the mom clean the babies after delivery..
You don't have to be scared. Do you know how old she is and if she has ever had babies before?
Since she's pregnant, you will need to give her extra calcium in her diet. You can do this by giving her alfalfa pellets, alfalfa hay and or parsley. The babies will need to extra calcium as well until the reach about 6 months of age. You much sex the babies at 2 weeks(or before if you can) and separate any boys from the females or the mom, aunt and sisters at 3 weeks because they can become pregnant by the time the boys reach 3 to 4 weeks of age.
Here's the link to help you sex the pups.

Boys need a bigger cage cause they tend to go through dominance and puberty and need the extra space so they don't drive each other crazy.
All the females can stay together. Mom and daughter relationships are the best ones.
The mom will either go into labor while you're gone or asleep at night. If you happen to be there and she has the babies close together and can't clean off the baby that was born close to the first one then you will have to intervene and remove the sack from the baby's face so it can breath. Her's a link about labor. GyineaLynx has a lot of useful information that will help you along the way.

She doesn't need medicine unless she is sick.
Oh and make sure you babyproof your cage. And weigh her once or twice a week and write it down to keep track of her weight gain.
Good luck with mom and the babies. Post pictures of them and keep us updated on mom. I hope this all helps you out
