A friend of mine has asked me to help her rehome her pigs. She broke up with her boyfriend months ago and is finding it really hard to pay for the pigs, her rescued dogs (some with medical issues) and so on. She feels its best to find them the best home possible, thus coming to me via FB. Here is everything you'll want to know.
Loofah was purchased at Petco about...2 years ago? Sundae was rescued about a year ago, and no idea how old she is...but she has had one litter that I know off prior to being rescued. Both unspayed, females, no medical concerns thus far. Except Sundae does have one of those choristomas in her eye that predispose her to diabetes, so I've been careful with sugar.
They've eaten Oxbow pellets for a year or more and local Timothy Hay. Recently, I've been able to do their fresh veggies...but, they generally get them daily.
Sundae is a bit more loveable and cuddly than Loofah...but otherwise, they're friends.
They will come with ALL their cage stuff. Food bowls, C&C grids that are locked together and all the extras. The water bottle...bowls...even the extra food/hay if there's any left by the time we find someone. All the fleece will go with them, etc.
She has asked me about a rehoming fee and I have told her to have a small one (20-30 dollars) as a free pet is never a good idea.
Here are just SOME of the many photos she has sent me.

She is really worried about not finding a good home and since I have been her piggie pal for geez over a year now, she asked me to help her, but being way up north in Canada I really can't do more then be the middle woman. My friend works crazy long hours, thankfully her dogs are always with her (shes a vet tech).
Just mail me or ask me here and I will send them all her way. I have also sent a link to her to create an ad on the new site, so if that shows up please feel free to delete this.
