Hmm... Sounds like this person is wanting to trade for feeder breeding pairs. I would flag away. Sounds very, very suspicious.

It's probably legal, but looking at the other things he's looking for, he probably wants them for food for his other snakes. I'd still flag it, so it doesn't stay up there.

how sad. i'm not sure if it's illegal but it's obvious he/she is a sick breeder of some sort if they're demanding mixed sexes.

Yes, it's legal. Animals are property in the eyes of most jurisdictions and are therefore treated as such.

I just noticed he posted it in the farm and garden section. We may not be able to do very much. I see lots of breeders there and they always remain up. I tried flagging though.

This is so sad He probably breeds different size of animals for food for his other snakes. I am flagging weather its legal or not!

Well it isn't illegal in California, there arn't many laws protecting animals from breeders hear in So California :/
