Meadow Hay

I'm setting up for my new piggies (they're coming on thursday!) and for their hay, I bought a bag of what the owner called Meadow Hay. He said it was locally sourced as well. I was wondering what the opinions might be on it?

Also, where would I go about finding a good source of timothy/orchard hay when they're old enough? I live in the Northamptonshire area.
