Baby carrots are high is Vit A and can cause issues if fed that much. The most they are supposed to get in baby carrots is one small on per day or less. You can give them a bit of the celery staulk too. But if they are not used to veggies then don't give them too much at first until they are used to it...
We are in the process of a move, and I haven't had a chance to eat lunch yet...and that salad looks scrumptious to me, yum yum !
I would only give them 4 baby carrots at most,( if the baby carrots are big ones..then only 2..if they are kind of skinny and slim...4 should be ok) and maybe add another cherry tomato. I would also add 1/2 of a green pepper, and maybe a few sprigs of cilantro. My two girls ( ages 7 months) don't like cilantro, which is a bummer because you can give that to them every day if you want. My girls go nuts over parsley, but that can only be given 2-3 times a week at most. Sigh.

Yeah..Onetwo is right...I should have told you one baby carrot per pig a day...as that is what our nutritionist expert Ly&Pigs has told us. So sorry. Instead of one baby carrot per pig a day, I have been giving my girls ( depending on size) 2 baby carrots per pig, twice a week, not every day.
Starter veggies should be a variety of lettuces (no iceburg), cilantro and bell pepper.
I would not start them off with carrots at all. Celery is not a daily food either. Tomato should be given in the equivalent of 1 cherry/grape tomato per pig. You can use regular tomatoes. They can also cause mouth sores so be careful when giving them.
