hi my name is tasha and we just got 2 guinea pigs today from a lady giving them away for free, she told us they where both female but when i look online and found out what a male and female looks like i found out we have a male and female and the female is acting different she dont like me touching her, and i thank she might be pregnant, we have never had a guinea pig befor and we want to make sure we take care of them right so if she is pregnant i want to be able to take care of her property like a pregnant guinea pig should be i have posted some pictures of her

I'm not sure if she's preggers but she does look pretty big. I'd suggest seperating them so she doesn't become pregnant if she's not. But If they've been living together for a while now, most likely she is.

thank you for replying,and as far as i no she has been in the cage with the male sents the lady had her and gave her to me,i was telling my husband that how could she have been in the cage with the male and not gotten pregnant befor this so i thank that the lady who gave her to us was lieing about alot of things

Well I have two girls but one hates her rump touched so I could see her not letting a male near her, but if they were together she's most likely pregnant. SHe looks huge but not round so it's hard to tell from the pics. What a cutie though! I'd say a vet check up for both of them would be the next step. The lady could have been hiding illnesses, anything you know?

no she didnt tell me anything about them just that she wanted to give them to someone who has more time to spend with them, she didnt even tell us there names
