Has anyone else noticed

That this website is slower to load/gets stuck more often than others? I know it's not my laptop and the other sites I go on don't have this problem.

Has anyone else been experiencing the same thing?

I have always thought this site loaded a little slower than most sites I visit but it's not a big concern of mine. Might just be a little smaller server than most big sites.

Yes, I have noticed. I recently switched internet provides and at first I thought it was that but all of the other sites i visit aren't nearly as slow.

Yes, it is definitely slow, especially when looking at the photo gallery.

I have the same problem, can't compare it to another time though since I've only joined about 1 week ago.

Same here.. but I think it is because this is a big site and there are alot of users on at a time. Someone please correct me if I'm wrong.

Recently, it seems slower than it used to be.

I often bounce between this site and Guinealynx and guinealynx loads 3 times faster because I can go through 3 pages before this one loads the main page. Often times it says IE cannot find the webpage and I only have that issue with this website. I know T upgraded the site 3-4 weeks ago and thats when it got REALLY bad for me. It was only moderately bad before that. I know GL has a lot of members/users, pics, threads and stuff going on a one time too. But Unlike GL there are personalized profiles here with individual emails, blogs and pic albums. Maybe thats whats slowing things down? Not sure how websites work so yeah...

Oh gosh yes! It drives me nuts! I have to switch browsers alot, and sometimes I'll go on my mom's computer because my laptop just won't load it.
Must be reaching it's server capacity or something, i dont know.

Oh my goodness yes! I usually click on something than load another webpage so I have something to do while it loads... hurray for multitasking! Must be all the content on the forums... you have to pay in some way for all the amazing information on here .
