Same cage, different arrangement

So, I rearranged my cage. I added a pretty big kitchen area made of coroplast and filled with a mixture of aspen and carefresh. They spend so much time in the kitchen, I thought it should be bigger. I am hoping the bedding will hold out for a week as long as I give it a spot pick up and refresh every day or so. If it doesn't, it may need to go back to fleece but I'll give it a shot. So, any constructive criticism is apprecited. Thanks for looking.

Right side view, including kitchen area...the peppers are leftovers from breakfast. I always remove the veggies but leave the peppers as they keep best and because they have vitamin C.

For bedding I'm not sure what type your using but I use aspen and I spot clean like every 3 days and it last just about a week and a half if that helps! My mom didn't like the idea of Fleece or the bed cover.
