    Talking making guinea a dad

i was wondering is it a good idea to adopt for my 4 year old male guinea pig , guinea

he is very loving and wouldnt hurt athing as i found when i let him play with my freinds guineapigs

i would adopt a young guinea pig from my local pet shop and introduce it to guinea gradualy as it got older

A younger make would make an ideal companion for him (and he's gorgeous by the way!).

Have you thought about adopting from a rescue instead of buying from a pet shop? There are plenty of guinea pigs looking for homes in the UK at the moment. Here's a list of just some of the rescues http://www.treenspigs.com/info/ukrescuelist.html.
