Oh my goodness, thats too funny. I honestly don't think I ever even heard your pigs names, but I might have..
I named Jasper after the vampire in the books by Stephanie Meyer.. He has blonde hair.. Used to have red eyes, and since Jaspers eyes sometimes look red and sometimes look black it really fits..
Jinx is just a really cute name and it went well with Jasper..
They are settling in really really well.. I just had them both out for an hour each when I was watching the last part of Tin Man.. Its great that they are calm enough to let me watch tv while holding them and not too much hastle.. But they are also really playful a lot of the time. They are too precious.

awwwww, those rats are so tiny. How cute.
I've heard before about boys not liking the wheels, or rats in general, but I have one of my boys who loves it. When ever he gets stressed he goes and burns off steam in his wheel. I'll also hear him squeaking away at night.
When I figure out what cage I want to move them to, I will have to put in a wheel for them.

They are absolutely gorgeous. In the photo with your(?) hand, they look like little, wet puppies. Just precious!

Thank you all! Im loving having them, they are just the best little friends. Daphne, Delilah and Dudley are probably worshiping them since I don't try to cuddle them as much (of course they still get loads of attention).. They always did hate that.
Im going to get more pictures soon.. Their christmas presents should be arriving Friday, woohoo. Im not sure if I will be able to hold off until Christmas..

Yes Kath, Rats just came in to Singapore this year. Our country are still very new with rats and so far only 7 owners here.
I realize where the breeder talk may go so please don't clog up my thread with it. By saying this I am no way condoning breeding or whatever Yang may have done; I just want to keep this strickly my rat photo thread and not have pages of arguments back and forth between you and Yang.
I realize I don't have the athority to tell anyone what to do.. but I don't want to have to start a whole other thread..

We did pea fishing for the first time last night. They loved the peas, not the water so much.. I got a video but its too big to upload to youtube, I need to find a way to convert it to .avi and then cut it..

Awwww, I definitely want babies now.
Looking at the ferret nation cage, I was going to get the add on, until I did math. The ceilings here are only 7ft, and with the add-on the total cage size would be 7'2". So it looks like my ratty buddies are going to have to stick to 2 levels.
