I just went to Linens n things to get mesh grids to build a new rat cage, and was pleasantly surprised that they are on sale right now! I just wanted to share that info with anyone thinking about building a mesh grid cage, or wants to expand more. They are only $14.99 a package right now, and originally were $24.99, before being marked down to $19.99. I was out looking for them after getting our new rats last week, and found that the cage I had hoped to put them in had wire spacing that was too wide and they could get out!
They were temp. placed in a smaller cage, but I am very anxious to move them into something that is a better size!
