Ok 1 no hay or food yet. 2 i have towels and fleece down now also grids in the back so they don't chew the walls 3 curtians are pulled out of reach
4 sorry about the mess! It always happens when i make a new cage and 5 this is right after i made it its MUCH more steardy and the wall isn't tipping

Is this big enough for 2 holland lops? They will have 3+ hours of floor time btw.

From what I can see it looks big enough. But they are rabbits, which means they can jump. My belgian hare mix can clear three feet with no running start. You;re going to want it more than 2 grids tall. I would recommend no less than 3 grids tall.

I would try and make it bigger, as they will only be getting 3 hours of time outside the cage a day. Maybe 3 grids wide? Also, if you could put in levels that would improve it.

Once you get your two, I think you will find that litter pan will be far too small. I would go with the largest cat litter pan you can find. Buns like to spend a lot of time in there munching hay and since there will be two, space is important.

If you could, investing in a water crock would be great. I know you clipped the water bowl to the grid, but they will easily flip that.

Also, does the rescue you are getting them from already have them spayed/neutered and litter box trained? If not, you will want to put a covering on the floor until you can get that done.

Good luck with your new babies and great start on their cage!

Oh yikes yeah that litter box is too small for ONE bun, let alone two! I didn't see that link, sorry.
You need a bigger litterbox, m'dear.

The litter box should be big enough for both to lie in.

For two guinea pigs, maybe. But these are 5-lb holland lops; that is big enough for MAYBE one of them to lie in.
