They're asking if you can successfully bond and house together a Rex breed and a Mini-Rex breed. They're both kinds of rabbits. |

Thanks for clarification. ![]() You could house those two breeds together, however, rabbit bonding is a quite complicated process and takes patience. Of course both rabbit's will need to be fixed by a qualified rabbit savvy vet, if they haven't been already. Do you have a rabbit you are wanting to find a friend for or two you are looking to bond? |

No, but I might be getting a mini rex from a friend, and I was just curious if a rex, and a mini rex could be housed together. |

Oh, I see. Yep, if the two rabbit's were to bond properly then they would be fine. I've seen quite unusual rabbit pairs in my rescue work. |

When it comes to size, as long as neither bunny is a bully, it doesn't matter. You could bond a 13 pound rabbit with a 2 pound rabbit. The only risk is that if your bigger bunny is a bully, it could do more damage. |
