What would be the ideal cage size for two mini lops? What about three? I plan on getting at least two in the future, and they will be partial free roam. ie, they are in the cage during the night and then they will be able to roam the house during the day. |

Minimum recommended cage size for rabbits is around 12 sq feet here in the UK. This assumes constant acces to a run if outdoors (Not redcommended) or free range indoors. I would say a 12 sq grid c+c, so either a 3x4 or a 2x6. If you are really limited to space, but the buns will be free range throughout the day (not just a couple of hours) then a 2x4 should be ok as this is still over the 12 sq feet minimum. For 3 rabbits I would definately go for the larger. |

Ok, thank you! I plan on giving them half of a room for their "cage", but I just wanted to see what the minimum sizes were. : ) |
