Re: Question about bathing! Piggies shouldn't have baths too often as it can dry out their skin. You could wait to bathe her in about two months, at least. But, you really only need to bath piggies when they really, really need it. They are pretty clean animals.

Re: Question about bathing! Does it count as a bath if you don't use shampoo? Cookie was in a paper bag during floor time and got pee all over her butt so I put her in a little bit of water in the sink. She didn't seem to mind. I was thinking that when it gets really hot out that would be a great way to cool off. Since I didn't really wash her, can I put her in water more often?

Re: Question about bathing! I think it would be okay to bathe them with plain water more often. As there are no harsh chemicals or anything to dry out their skin. Still, I wouldn't go overboard as they wouldn't naturally bathe in water reguarly.
