Letting piggies play on concrete?

Would it be ok to set up their outside playpen on the driveway periodically to let them run around and help keep their nails filed down?

There are a couple of things I would be careful of but it should be fine. I would check the area really well for car fluid puddles/spots on the driveway, they may seem old or dried up but any fumes could be harmful. Also heat, pavement tends to get hot during the day so I would only do it in early morning during the summer. Another option for nails is a paving stone or tile in the cage or in the grass for play time, that is what I do with mine. Many people put a paving stone under the water bottle, it collects the drips and make a cool spot for them in hot weather. I hope this helps.

If you're going to put them outside let them on the grass. Putting them on the concrete won't wear their nails down enough to matter, plus as Naturegal said, it gets really hot and could have harmful substances on it.

I would worry about it being too hot.Unless you go in the evening,when the sun sets.I find it a little cooler then.
