Not Ranked. Helpful AND tactful post? : 0 I would like to know if it is ok to bring my piggies outside in the yard? I would love to bring them out now that the weather is nice and since I live in an apartment it will be nice since they never experience the grass before. I will be bring them to my friends house which is near my house. I was just concerned of the grass since it has pesticides, etc. I really would not want anything to happen to them. Thanks in advance for the opinions and advice!! |

If it has pesticides then don't let them have that grass, but yes they can go out in the yard for grass as long as its not being treated with anything. |

You don't want them out where a bunch of dogs or cats run around. Other animals urine and feces is not good for them. Also make sure that you have some sort of pen for them to stay in so they don't run off. You should put them in a shaded area so they don't get too much sun and have a water bottle outside so they can drink whenever they need too. |

If there are pesticides, definitely don't put them in the grass. You could still take them outside with a little kid wading pool and throw in a couple handfulls of hay or some veggies for them to munch on though. Then everyone can play in the sunshine (as long as it's not too hot), and you don't have to worry about the grass. |

If it didnt have Pesticides it would be ok they like the garden run around have a little nibble on the grass. Paradise, If they don't have a run I would keep extreamly close just incase someone try's to do a prison break. |

As long as it's in an area where the dog doesn't go to the bathroom and there are no pesticides then it should be fine Lilsweety. |
