    Harry/Hazel hamster food.

You can do an internet search for hamster forums. Just find ones that do not support breeding.

    Re: Hamster food

Hazel hamster is a excellent food for both dwarf and syrian hamsters. Not very heavy in corn, which you might need to pick out if you decide to bring home a dwarf, as some types are prone to diabetes. If you find that your hammy tends to be a picky eater, Mazuri makes a great pellet food.

There are some great hamster forums out there with information from food to building a bin cage (the hamster equivalent of a C&C cage). Good luck!
