Chat transcripts?

I haven't been able to make it to any of the nutrition chats so far, but I am curious to see what went on, and to soak up any info and maybe learn some new things. I know the chat keeps a log - is there any way transcripts of the scheduled informational chats could be posted somewhere to read for those of us that missed it? Thanks!

They are logged but it seems only the last X number of messages are visible to where I can get to them. All the questions except maybe 2 could be answered by doing a forum search. Many questions are "can I feed this or that to my pigs". I will try to put together a transcript but it will be just the questions followed by the answers and everything else will be left out. And it will probably be tomorrow before I can get it done.
