oh my god! I never knew what was wrong with pet stores. I do now. i feel phisically sick watching that. I will never shop at a petstore again.

It was pretty horrible but yet it continues on. Petsmart knows thats going on but they said they will continue to buy their animals from Rainbow. What a shame. I will continue to fight for animals rights, no matter how long it takes

Because Rainbow is the cheapest dealer they can deal with. Thats why. Its all about politics and money, and sadley, innocent animals always have to be put in the middle of it.

i saw that video and i was devestated. my mom continues to buy dog food from PetsMart mainly because it is so close to our house. I bought my guinea pig from Petco and i dont know if its the same as PetsMart.

I did some searching for this Rainbow World Exotics place, hoping to find some contact info for this facility. The only even relevant references are from PETA and press about the PETA investigations. Only the 1st page of google results had any relevant information at all and only from PETA. Also I found a company profile from Manta.com that said it's a..day care? Also I googled 'Rainbow Exotics' and the only relevant result was a small facility that specializes in birds and reptiles only. For those of us who wish to contact this facility I find it odd that there's so little significant information on it. All the info PETA gave in it's videos about this place was that it's in Hamilton TX and supplies the PetSmart in I believe..Galviston? Correct me if I'm wrong. How many other of you guys have had trouble finding other relevant info about this place? What can we who care DO with so little info? Maybe I'm googling wrong or something?
