oh my god! I never knew what was wrong with pet stores. I do now. i feel phisically sick watching that. I will never shop at a petstore again.

It was pretty horrible but yet it continues on. Petsmart knows thats going on but they said they will continue to buy their animals from Rainbow. What a shame. I will continue to fight for animals rights, no matter how long it takes

Do you know why?

Because Rainbow is the cheapest dealer they can deal with. Thats why. Its all about politics and money, and sadley, innocent animals always have to be put in the middle of it.

i saw that video and i was devestated. my mom continues to buy dog food from PetsMart mainly because it is so close to our house. I bought my guinea pig from Petco and i dont know if its the same as PetsMart.

I did some searching for this Rainbow World Exotics place, hoping to find some contact info for this facility. The only even relevant references are from PETA and press about the PETA investigations. Only the 1st page of google results had any relevant information at all and only from PETA. Also I found a company profile from Manta.com that said it's a..day care? Also I googled 'Rainbow Exotics' and the only relevant result was a small facility that specializes in birds and reptiles only. For those of us who wish to contact this facility I find it odd that there's so little significant information on it. All the info PETA gave in it's videos about this place was that it's in Hamilton TX and supplies the PetSmart in I believe..Galviston? Correct me if I'm wrong. How many other of you guys have had trouble finding other relevant info about this place? What can we who care DO with so little info? Maybe I'm googling wrong or something?

They should take better care of their products. Other stores do not just allow their TV's to be smashed on the floor and their store products continually destroyed, it is bad business, you can't sell dead guinea's as pets.

I searched it on Google, and I watched a picture slide show. It was terrible. I started crying. Forcing rabbits to mate? Purposely killing a live hamster? I vow never to shop at PetSmart again.

Yes, both get animals from mills and take horrible care of their 'stock'. In the future (or if you get your pig a friend), please adopt one from a reputable rescue, a shelter, or someone rehoming their pig.

I have never been so disgusted in all my life. I knew that mills where bad, but OMG! That video and the pictures about made me cry. I am so sick at my stomach. I use to shop at petco and petsmart, never again. Not until they quit selling animals. What are some good websites to buy food and hay? I don't think we have a petstore around here that don't sell animals. I am so sorry that I bought one of my piggers there. But at least he is safe now.

KM Hay is great. I get my pellets and hay from them. It's cheaper that way even with shipping and handling. The best part is it is all great quality.
