Fire at Lake Elsinore Animal Shelter

How incredibly sad, these cats and dogs had no chance. 39 of them died this morning in a fire that may have started in the electrical system

That got to me too, kinda reminded me of Pompeii and the corpses archeologists recovered from the ashes.

I was also wondering why the guard didn't wake up when the dogs barked, at least I assume they'd bark their heads off, don't you?

I hate seeing such sad news on animals. We can hope they died instantly and never knew what was going on.
