BBC NEWS | England | West Midlands | Men guilty after dog fight trial The Sun Online - News: Ten guilty over vicious dog fight The five who were charged with attending a dog fight were issued fines ranging between £750 and £1,400. The other five who were convicted of more "serious" charges are being sentenced in October along with two others who admitted guilt before the trial. The RSPCA have said it's one of the largest dog fights they've uncovered - I hope the sentencing truly reflects the crimes. |

| Re: UK: Ten guilty over vicious dog fight This is sick. With the new Animal Welfare Act bringing a massive increase in the maximum penalties for dog fighting I really hope they throw the book at these guys. Sometimes I despair of the human race....  |
