This is on Yahoo.com local news for me here in San Antonio. It happend in New Braunfels, TX which is about 20 miles to the North of me.

That's horrible. They should definitely be arrested. I can't believe a 12 year old would participate in that. Ugh.

Thats horrific and is a red flag about those boys and their possible future behaviors towards others.

I was thinking the exact same thing. Behaviour like this tends to indicate severe mental health issues that dont get better with out serious help. Think Jefferey Dahamer, Ted Bundy & Charles Manson. All started out abusing animals and at Jeffrey Dahmar killed them.

I dont know the laws for juveniles in Texas, but hopefully, they wont be given probation. I hope they are treated for their conditon and senteced to a long term facility until they are at least 21.

That is just sickening! I can't imagine the pain poor Toby must have gone through...and all for nothing. It is truly heartbreaking to hear the boys are so young; it is simply unfathomable as to how and why they could think of such horrible things to do. In my opinion, the parents must also be held accountable for the actions of these boys.
