| This stinks. I think the law on the death of animals needs to change. They're more than just property, they're members of the family. But in the law animals are just property. I dealt with a hypo in writing on the sale of a horse, and it bothered me that horses are considered "goods" under Iowa statute. This upsets me even more. Pet owners likely to get little in suits - Yahoo! News |
