Got this from another forum and thought I'd post it here to get more signatures seeing as we are all for aniaml welfare.

This video shows what it is about but do not view if you can't handle the evil sick scenes.

I signed it...That was just sad. What don't people eat? In the whole world, people must use like every single animal on this earth for food.

But dolphins...That was just disqusting. How can the Japanese do that?!

I signed it. I can't see why anyone would kill dolphins and whales. They are extremely smart, killing them to me seems wrong. I am not vegetarian, so I realize am kind of stupid when I say that. The way they were killed was something I did not expect. Thank you for the warning about the video.

Dolphins DO NOT deserve this. They are beautiful, intelligent animals who can save human's lives, can fend off sharks, and love the ocean. And how do we treat them in return for their beauty and even, saving our lives?? We slaughter them, taking babies from their mothers, hacking them, then leaving them to suffer and die. For all they do for us, why are we doing this to them? I just want to know WHY?

I signed as did my sister and her huband. That video was so heartbreaking. It makes me mad those that seem more interested in keeping the arterital spray off of their clothing than the fact that they killed an animal is horrible. The fact is regardless of what type of animal, slaughterhouses are horrible, they do not euthenise, they kill with little regard for the lives they take. There are alot of Japanese videos out there but the fact is the slaugherhouses here in the US on any given day are no better, they just got smarter about blocking the cameras. If you are truly involved in animal welfare, slaughterhouse reform is an excellent issue to get behind.

Sickening. I can't even bear to finish the whole tape, and usually things like this don't bother me because I've seen so many other videos similar to it. I signed the petition, too.

However, like smartorl said, it really isn't any different than humans kill cows, chickens, pigs, or fish for meat. Slaughterhouses in the US are just as bad, if not worse, than what was shown in the video, yet people just shrug it off. "Cows have no real purpose, they just give us meat." I think all animals have a purpose, just like those dolphins, and they shouldn't be killed simply for humans to satisfy their tastebuds. So like smartorl said, if you think this video was bad, watch a few from PETA of slaughterhouses here in the US, and hop aboard the veg/animal rights bandwagon to stop the death.

This made me sick - I couldn't finish the video. This may sound ignorant but why are they slaughtering them anyway? For meat? To control the numbers of dolphins? In any case it is not acceptable.

I signed too by the way. I wish we could make this and other videos more wide known, and get the public to see them and become more aware of all the animal cruelty in the world. We need to put a stop to slaughterhouses!

I saw that video before, and just watched it again. It made me cry a lot.
