Snowball got very sick and I don't know what from. He suddenly stopped running and eating and moving, two days later he passed away. Im mad at my parents for not taking him in. They said it was too late. But I know it wasnt because he was perfectly fine one day and the next really sick. Now Holly is alone. I cant get another pig until I move out which is about a year away. Snowball lived a good life. from what I can gather he was about 5 years old when he passed. Its a tragedy.

Im sure Snowball is playing on the other side of the Rainbow Bridge with his guinea friends.

I'm so sorry too. I just lost my Galahad. They are probably playing together now, with all the other guinea pigs. Big hug to you, I'm thinking of you.

Thanks everybody. Its really hard because Holly is about 6 months younger than him and now she is alone. I am having a hard time deciding to get another or not. I mean shes about 4 and a half. If I get another then Holly passes it will be a vicious circle. Plus convincing my parents will be a hassle, they are thoroughly convinced that I was not taking care of him and that is why he died, but he was 5. Also they have taken away my C&C for the reason that I am using too many towels and they wont buy me some for her. Because of that she is in a 2.5X1.5 and while she gets 40 minutes morning and night of floor time and lap time in between I do not want to condemn another piggy to that. So I have to choose the greater of two evils. Lonely piggy or two piggies in a too small of a cage, but lots of floor time. I hate decisions.

I am not parent bashing, it is just very hard for me to be a good mommy under these circumstances.
