Nevelle and Darwin

I hoped this day would never come, at least, not so soon. But 2 days ago Darwin died, and I just found Nev in his cage, dead. I cant belive this has happened. Darwin was a rescue, so skinny, dirty, sore feet, we nursed him back to health and gave him a second chance, he was the little cuddle bug of the herd and, I will never forget him, I will always miss his warm cuddles on cold winters night, his adorable wheeking on christmas morning waiting for his blue grass hay, his sweet little popcorns when he met Nevvelle...Timmy Charles said it all perfectly "Its not the fact they are gone that hurts, but the agony of not seeing them again".

Nevvelle was the little dude that made it all happen, he started the addiction with GP's, and I will never stop thanking him, he was an ASBO, but he was my little asbo and I will never forget his stubborn ways, I am trying to see through the tears, asking why? why did it have to happen? why was he taken from me?.

I cant really say much more, I cant express the hurt but for Darwin:

Nevvelle, there really isnt much I can say, but I love you, I only got just over a year with you, but that was one of the most important and special years of my life, one I will never forget. I love you baby xx.

I'm so sorry for your loss. It's heart breaking when one piggy dies but two must be awful. The lyrics were soo sad. but try and fill the 'empty space' with all the memories of them both =)
I can't think anyone could have given Darwin a better second chance. I remember my first piggies Bodger and Badger and I understand how special Nev must have been to you.

Thanks everyone. Cant talk much now...I can't really belive I still cry about them...They were, ARE really special to me, I know, But...I miss them both terribly still and always have the sharp pain of having to be getting up in the morning without being able to say a simple "Good Mornin' " to them both.
