Ella died today.

I found out she was sick too late.

She wasn't moving much, she was breathing. I took her out about 15 minutes ago to see if anything was getting worse or better, and she started seizing. She pooped once(she hadn't done anything for a day so I was suspecting a block up) and kept seizing, I put her back into her quarantine cage and she seized once more breathed a bit and died.

I had watched a whole movie with her this morning, she didn't do much but lay there. I have been sick this weekend, so I was alone and my parents were out. I had no way to get to the vet even if I had an appointment.

She is buried under the lilac bush by the side of our house by Dottie(cavy), Gordie(budgy) and Petey(budgie). I wrapped her in a towel before my mom covered her up. I didn't want her white fur to get dirty.

R.I.P. Ella dear.

What makes it worse... is, that she was only 2 1/2. Nawnea is 3 and nibbie is nearly 1. She was suppost to be in her prime. I feel awful for not recognizing her sickness earlier.

I'm very sorry for your loss. Please don't feel bad about not realising she was ill - maybe it was just her time to go. I'm sure she had a wonderful life with you and is waiting at the Rainbow Bridge with all the other piggies
