Snoopy & Sputnik i'm sorry =[

Okay....long story
On saturday I bought 2 guinea pigs from Pets at Home ( I didnt know sorry!!!) The guy gave them a ''health check'' before we took them home.
On Sunday morning I noticed that Snoopys eye was stuck together so I wiped the gunk off with some cotton wool and called the pet shop. They told me that it was perfectly normal but to bring him back in so they could have a look at him. When we did they told us to take him to the vets so we did and he was diognosed with URI. This morning he passed away. We only had him for 4 days but my family and i had got really atached to him. We phoned the pet shop to tell them this because it was still in their ''7 day garantee'' They told us to also bring in his cage mate Sputnik who was healthy. So devistatedly we had to leave both of them at the pet shop.
Let this be a warning to anyone who is thining about buying from a pet shop. Don't is the simple answer. I don't want anyone to go through what my family and I have been though in the last week. From now on we will adopt all the way. I learnt the hard way, please don't make the same mistake I did. xx

I'm so sorry I know how you feel and you do get attached really quick it's always hard to lost a pet
