    Regarding the tubes you used, did you get the low grade sandpaper and glue that in there? Because mine wouldn't go up and down either, their little soft pads just slide and slide on that slick tubing, so they were afraid I think? Just checking, and I'm glad you got it done, can't wait to see the pics, send me an IM or a comment when you post them!
