The local college has a trick or treat night for the kiddies. Costumed kids are taken on a tour of the dorms by a college kid acting as a guide and get candy. Oftentimes, the hallways are decorated and the college students dress up in costumes. I love it because it means a warm, dry place to trick or treat.
