Hi, I saw you were on and just had a quick question you might be able to answer. Im going to be getting a big amount of timothy hay for my guinea pigs I'm getting this fall, and I was on kleenmama's hayloft site and saw a 25lb bag of timothy pellets for only $13. Is it bad to have all that timothy stuff or does it not matter?

I need some coroplast for my cage! I live near minneapolis, MN and I would love for anyone who can help me with information. According to my previous post, "I already found coroplast at Lowe's", but that wasn't the right kind! Help!

Hello everybody! I'm new to this site, cage making, and guinea pig buying! I need tips...BIG TIME! Anyone willing to help I would love your advice! Send me a private message. I plan on getting 2 guinea pigs, preferably male, from my local Humane Society. I want to make a C&C cage. I was thinking one 3x4 level and two 1x2 lofts. I need to know where I can buy the cubes; I already found coroplast at Lowe's. I also need ideas for ramps, and how to keep the lofts from not falling! I would like to make a skywalk connecting the lofts. I'm planning on using fleece instead of bedding. What should I put under the fleece for when any of the piggies' bathroom leaks through? I was thinking newspapers and towels. I know cavies have to have pellets, but what kind? Also, where can I buy inexpensive hay? What kind of hay do I need? I would also like to know what kind of food guines usually eat. What chew toys are unsafe for guinea pigs?

Guinea Pigs

I have two new boars. Their names are Puff (pronounced as poof) and Fleck! They recently started fighting, so I had to make a separate cage for Fleck. They might just be going through adolescence though, so I will try to put them together every week
