    Thanks for the link on the message. Had no idea I was storing my stuff wrong. But as money is tight it'll have to do for now. I haven't noticed any problems and I leave the lid off most of the time. But I can see how it could potentially be problematic!

    Biography
    I love all animals, have two dogs, two guinea pigs and some fish.
    Guinea Pigs
    I have two female three year old piggies, Pixie and Pearl. I've had them since they were 6 and 4 week old babies. They get great care according to standards on this site.
    My Cage
    I have a C&C cage for my two female piggies. The bottom level is two parts, one 1x4 plus 1x1 narrow piece and the main 3 grids by nearly 3. There is a 1x4 upper loft.
    My Cage Specs
    C&C Cage, other combination, Includes upper deck, Meet or exceed recommended sizes (see www.CavyCages.com)
