So up in British Columbia our shelter is known as the BCSPCA. I love them after all i got my too beutiful little guinea pigs from them, maggie a brown golden tipped head and white american, and nibbles a white aby.

The spca here doesnt get as many animals as down in the states. I think that is because (i could be wrong) but lots of people in the southern US dont spay and neuter their dogs, the spca here offers spay and neutering for a very low price if not free. They do not euthinise
